If you happen to be a birder at heart, then you will definitely appreciate bird figurines.  Well ok, you like to see the birds in the natural habitat and observe what they're doing, but you also love them in your home.  Birds have a way with them that just makes you smile when you see them at the feeder.  Cheery colors, delightful songs, hilarious actions when it comes to competing for the best sunflower seeds, and just a joy to have in your yard.

Now the cat might be thinking mayhem as he sits in the widow beside you and watches you watching the things with feathers.  That's why he's an indoor cat and the birds have a perch so close to the house.  Nevertheless, the cat does get a kick out of watching the antics just like you do – but for different reasons. One is thinking beautiful feathered creatures!  The other is thinking beautiful feather-less creatures for supper (if someone would only let me out!)  What a perfect situation to make sure you have bird figurines perched all over your living room and kitchen.

Love chickadees, gold finches, orioles or woodpeckers?  Find them online for your collection.  Oh, and make sure you have the right kind of shelving for them.  And about the cat?  Put the shelved up high enough where he can't jump up to do a personal inspection of the latest additions to your bird figurine collection.
