While often seen as synonymous, there is a subtle difference between houses and homes. Perhaps this difference is not so subtle to the people who live in these places, though. A house is just a space to live in, while a home is a space that people look forward to seeing at the end of the day. However, when choosing a painting you should look for a painting that you really like and feel a connection with. It should also have a look that ‘goes’ with the decorations that you want your home to have. If you are looking to make your home warmer, for instance, choose a painting with reds and oranges.
Other accents include lovely vases, well-made furniture, and high-quality faux flowers. For a comfortable feel, choose only quality products that you enjoy being surrounded by.
