where is the best place to get painted fantasy miniatures?
We have just recently started playing D&D and would like to enrich our experience. I know they make D&D minis, but was wondering if there were any other. Maybe including furniture and trees and stuff? Just looking for cool stuff. Also, I don’t like the randomness of D&D minis. I would like to be able to buy a box of goblins, skeletons, zombies, ect….

There are a lot of miniature models in the world, and it depends on your taste. Reaper makes a line of models that work well in most D&D style games, they are relatively cheap, however you may need to assemble and paint them yourself.
Rackham, Asmodee, Privateer Press, and a ton of other mini models are available throughout the world.
I might suggest looking into the Tabletop Gaming News web site and searching through their archives to see what is out there. Privateer Press make a miniatures line for their Iron Kingdoms RPG, and Asmodee make the Hell Dorado miniatures, which like Rackham, are fine models, highly detailed, from France. Rackham makes an RPG called Cadwallon, with miniatures, game tiles, and great models.

Check out the Games workshop stores, i think they have a web site, try google-ing them, you should find what your looking for and you can probably find a shop in your local area. Also when i was younger i really liked playing warhammer, which was a similar game, but mostly focused on big battles rather than "adventures."
