SensAble FreeForm Software: Figurine Molding

This video illustrates at 7x speed how to take a pre-created model in FreeForm Modeling Plus and create molding cavities for manufacture. Several intuitive tools include automatically creating complex parting lines, fixing draft undercuts and creating a complex parting surface. Output files can go straight to CNC/Mill for manufacture.

This video illustrates at 7x speed the same steps shown in the “Figurine Molding” video but also demonstrates the benefits of NURBS “autosurfacing” a model which can then be imported and used in conventional software. In this example, Rhino is used.

These things may not be worth a lot but they are priceless to me. Green Lantern #55 is only 50 bucks according to the online comics price guide. a few others worth a little more or less but thats not the point. My adult life is ok but my childhood was awesome. And these were a part of it. I hope to make a few of these going over all my stuff.
