Plastic Spiderman figurine in a bear shape?

i was recently at the Koren airport and bought this really cool ooks bear figurine, it was like spider man in a bear shape, anyway you could also get batman and darth vader ones, and i really wanna ebay them, but dony know what brand they are, it dosent say, thak you!
