Garden Figurines
Gracious Garden Figurines
The usual thought that comes to mind when thinking about garden figurines is those garden gnomes that everyone loves to hate. Really,
they're kind of cute, but ugly as sin on close inspection. So why are they so popular? They're so popular because they are supposed
to bring good luck. That might be a matter of opinion, but they certainly do catch your eye and make you either laugh out loud or smile
quietly.
Garden figurines add a certain something to your flower garden that you don't get with the usual assortment of lawn deer, pixies, birds, cats
or even clay dogs. Nope, garden figurines (if you're talking about gnomes) seem to have a life of their own. Once you start
collecting these little blighters, you won't stop, just you wait and see. Before long the neighbors will be bringing their kids over to
tour your garden and have a laugh.
Ok, garden figurines aren't for everyone, but even if you only want one or two in your yard to spruce it up a little, why not? The
character of these gnomes is priceless. Soon you will be snapping pictures of Aunt Millie with one of them for the scrapbook. And if
you prefer garden figurines of the usual kind, then that's ok as well, except they're not quite as much fun as the gnomes. Psssst!
Here's an interesting fact that may make you change your mind about having a gnome in your yard. Having one reduces the price of your home
(should you be trying to sell it) by at least $850.00. Hmmm, food for thought!
